Policies

Order Processing Times:


     Nature’s Therapy products are handmade (excluding the pans/accessories). Due to being handmade, this prohibits rush orders. We make every effort to ship orders as promptly as possible. At times, it may take a few days to 20 days to get your order shipped out. Our busy time of year is July through November, which may delay your order being shipped out within a few days. If you need your order, ASAP, please make a note of that in the comments section of your order, and we will do our best to get it out to you ASAP.

 

Return Policy:


     Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you are unsure about a product or fragrance, please email us your questions prior to ordering. Not every fragrance will appeal to everyone, so keep that in mind before ordering large quantities of an item. We do not accept returns on items damaged in shipping. If a product is damaged during shipping you must first contact the carrier immediately to document the damage and state of the container the product was delivered in. The shipping company will tell you how to proceed with your claim. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 7 days from the day you received the order.  We pack our boxes with care to try to avoid any products from being damaged in the shipping process.

     Please remember to check the ingredient label/list on body care products prior to use to make sure you don’t have any allergies to the ingredients. Always remember to never leave a candle burning unattended and keep out of drafts. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Keep the wax pool free of debris and burn them only on heat resistant surfaces.


 

International Orders:


     We do not accept international orders at this time.

 

Add onto or Cancel an order:


     Need to add to or cancel your order? We are more than happy to add items to your order if it has not already been packed for shipping.  Please use the contact us form and let us know what you would like to add. If you need to cancel an order the same applies. We understand that life happens and sometimes things happens that are unexpected. If you need to cancel your order please let us know within 48 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has been packed for shipping there will be a 20% restocking fee for us to cancel the order. Orders can’t be cancelled if they have already been shipped.
